Mommy on the Go: Everyday Makeup Routine
If you’re a mom, (or a dad), let’s admit it, upon having a baby in this world, there’s drastic changes in our lifestyle. That includes, too little time to get ready because we are not only preparing ourselves for the day, but our little ones too.
I used to wear a full faced makeup to work. When I say full-faced, it includes foundation, and eye makeup. But now that I would only have less than 10 minutes to do my face, I normally just do the basics.
Having studied makeup, I probably can go on with all details, but as a mom who loves makeup but only have little time to prepare herself for the day, basics will always be the key.
Here’s my current makeup routine:

Starting of with a clean face (skin care done). I always apply sunscreen in the morning even though my day moisturizer has SPF in it.

I don’t wear foundation daily. I’m just too lazy for that. I use concealer mainly on my under eye area, my T-zone, or anywhere I need it (conceal zits and discoloration around my nose).

Using my preferred tool (I normally use a brush or Beauty Blender) I blend everything in.

Setting with pressed or loose powder helps the concealer or foundation not to move.

Tip: I use a lipliner to fill in my eyebrows. Lipliner has a more creamy consistency compared to an eyebrow pencil. I blend it using a brush.

I don’t skip this step. I have very oily eyelids, and eyeshadow primer helps my eyeliner not to budge or smudge.
I use liquid eyeliner because it’s the easiest, and quickest to apply.
I usually prefer peachy pink blush because it works on my skintone well.
Now, I am good to go!
